Presentation Instructions

Full Paper and Short Paper Presentations

Each presentation of full paper is allotted 25 minutes in total. The presenters are advised to prepare a 20-minutes presentation to leave sufficient time for Q&A and speaker change. Each presentation of short paper is allotted 15 minutes in total. The presenters are advised to prepare a 10-minutes presentation to leave sufficient time for Q&A and speaker change.

Poster Presentations

Each poster presentation will be provided with a panel to put a poster. The maximum poster size is 31.5 inches (Width) x 56 inches (Height). Each poster should be set-up before the session starts, and removed after the session. During Wednesday poster session time, the presenters are expected to be available in front of the poster. Each presenter has a 1-minute madness oral presentation.

All poster presenters are also encouraged to present their posters during the reception (Tuesday night). The other kinds of papers (full, short, demo) are encouraged to take advantage of reception opportunity and its poster space for in-depth discussions with audience by preparing their posters as well.

Demonstrations

Each demonstrator will be provided with a table, a TV, a power outlet, and wireless internet access. Each demo should be set-up before the presentation and removed after the presentation by demonstrators. Each session comprises of 3-hours core-time: 10am - 1pm (morning session), 2pm - 5pm (afternoon session). Demonstrators must be in the demo space and present their demonstrations during the core-time. Demonstrators can also present their demonstrations before 10am or after 5pm optionally.
